3. In your User Dashboard, does the Mastering Liferay Workspaces and Tooling course displays as COMPLETED? - Yes, Attached snapshot below

Thanks to you and other users' reports, our team has been working tirelessly to solve your issue.

After some research, we found that our system recorded a badge registered in your name on Nov 21st, which I assume is the date you successfully completed the course's badge test.

In this case, I recommend you do this:

1. Double-check your User Dashboard, scroll down to the very bottom, and look for the Mastering Liferay Workspaces and Tooling badge.
2. If the badge isn't there, retake the course's badge test. After successfully passing the exam, go to the User Dashboard and look for the badge.

If the badge still doesn't display, please don't hesitate to contact us again so we can keep working on resolving your issue.
