If I do two installs, one using default hypersonic and the other using mysql, should the resulting unconfigured systems be functionally identical down to the last detail, or will there be subtle differences? The reason I ask is because it seems like the Navigation Menu portlet comes out different when using mysql in that it is missing the dropdown list with selections like "bar minimally styled", completely empty dropdown. Is that normal? I did several installs side by side because I wasn't sure what I was seeing, but it's pretty consistent.
