After migrate my Liferay database from 6.1.2 GA3 to 7.0.2 GA3.

When I start Liferay-Tomcat I got the exception reported here LPS-67695 and LPS-67636.

The issues were "Fixed", but I could not find where to download the fixed
com.liferay.portal.tools.db.upgrade.client.jar
to migrate again my database.

Anyone can help me?

These have been fixed in DXP, not yet available for CE.

I don't think details on that have been published yet; at least I don't remember seeing anything on it.

In fact, most times the only announcement you might find is one that comes out after it has been released.
