Listing sites based on user Roles

I have 100 sites , but user has access to 10 sites. Now i need to list that 10 sites in left side of the screen and if i click on that any of one , i need to display the web content(it can be anything like document , announcement,etc...) in right side. What i have to do this.

you want workflow & approval

EXAMPLE: If I am an Employee of an Organization/Firm and I want to apply for leave, for that I want approval from concerned person. Let say, I want to get approval

from my Team Leader. I wait for his approval (This is single approval). If Team Leader do not want to approve due to some circumstances and he will resend to Manager

for his approval. If Manager accepts then he will approve it (This is multiple approval). This goes on.
