Mi Name is Luis Eduardo Barreto Santamaria, i am a system engineering from Bogota - Colombia , I am using CMS liferay that develop a personal project.
i would know more about management and properties form liferat 6.2

Welcome, Luis. For management and properties, I'd start with the Liferay Documentation as it will be a good starting point.

For an overview over the available documentation (When you're done with David's pointer) you might want to check the related articles of "The Learning Curve" (Link is on chapter 1) and James recently has posted what I intended (but forgot) to post as chapter 5: Community Resources
