<br /><br />1) By default only Adminstrators and Power Users are allowed to personalize. If you want to change that set universal.personalization=true in portal-ext.properties<br /><br />2) Pages are assigned at the group level. If you want a particular user to see a page, create a group, create pages in that group, and assign that group to a user. That user will now have access to the group&#39;s pages.<br /><br />3) Those pages are part of the General Guest and General User groups. If you do not want a user to see those pages, either remove him from that group or remove those pages from those groups.
