Hi all

i have developed a portlet to send arabic email using java sun creator IDE
and the code is like the one in this tutorial

but when i try to apply the localized options to recieve arabic message
i have recieved unreadable text when the portlet was deployed on liferay 4.2.2
but when i deploy this portlet on liferay 4.3.2 i have recieved the arabic text correctly

what i wanna do in such a situation ?????

note:
i have used the utf8 unicode
