Journal Content in Liferay 4.3.3

I'm not able to upload an image with this portlet. When I'm trying to upload it to rooy folder I get the message that it cannot be done. And when I'm trying to create a folder I get the message that an error occured (unknown error).
Is there something I can do?

Is there anything in the logs? You can't upload to root by design, but you should be able to create directories.

Do you have needed permissions?

Let me described the whole situation:
I have a user which has access to Guest community and his Private pages. I can create an article in guest community, try to attach image and create folder in /Guest folder. Also I can upload n image to the created folder. Everything works fine. Then I go to Private pages and try to create article there. The steps are the same, but there I can't create folders neither in /Guest nor in /, nor in subfolders of Guest. There are no logs. Yet, I'm able to upload images to already created folders.

Forgot about permissions. I don't think the play any role: I've started jboss under root user and tried it under windows without permission policies.

Hey Dimitry,

I'm confused about the relationship of images/folders and the Journal content portlet, unless... is your problem related to the dialog for adding images in the HTML editor (FCKEditor)?

Also, could you take a look at the logs and post the error messages that are most probably appearing?

Yes, it's the problem with image add dialog and FCKEditor.
I can't find any errors in my log. (If it helps I use tomcat-liferay bundle)

Hi Dimitry,

I haven't used that functionality much, but it seems that it's quite limited. There is a known issue regarding that it doesn't work for personal communities. I think it can only be used from regular communities, and, based on the problems you mention, probably only adding images to the existing folders. Have you tried that out?

Yes, adding to existing folders do work. That's a pity that it doesn't work for private communities.
