Alloy UI inforamtion needs

Hello,
I am new in Liferay we want to use Liferay Alloy UI is our ui side framework so I want to know more feature and dissadvatages of these.
Pelase let me know if any one has idea about this.

The main advantage is that is enables to create US and European styled web pages with ease.
The main disadvantage is that it doesn't support globalization so I'm not able to create a simple Japanese styled web page with ease.
