These spammers are everywhere.. 
Can there be a provision to check if there are many links in a single post.. Generally no one will put more than 3-4 links in a reply. That may help marking those posts as spam automatically. Or at least to mark it to check again by some community members.. ??

We do check comments (on forums, blog, wiki, etc) against a blacklist of banned domain names. But the names constantly change, so I like the idea of not letting more than a few links into comments. I'll file an issue.
