How to grant folder permissions to different units in a project

Hello, I want to set different folder permissions for different units in the project. Is there a high-quality scheme? Here are some examples of my questions:

Under a project (under a group in Liferay):

The owner hopes to manage the cooperation between Party B's units through the platform, and hopes that the folder has permissions:

Party B of the project has its own folders, such as design institute folders, construction unit folders and consultant folders. The owner can see all folders under the root directory.

For construction unit folder:

1. The owner can set the folder permission of the construction unit to be viewed and downloaded by the consultant;

2. The consultant, the owner and the personnel of the design institute can view and download all the documents under this folder;

3. The construction company's personnel can upload, delete, update and download files, while the consultant cannot upload, delete and update the construction company's folder;

4. The construction unit of bid section I cannot see the folder of the construction unit of bid section II under the root directory.

Hi Mark, right now it's hard to map your scenario to Liferay concepts: Organizations, Roles and Permissions, Sites, Asset Libraries, Collections, and more could help to serve your current need, but your current question is not rooted in Liferay's functionality, so it's difficult to know what you'd need.
