New ASK forum

Hi Liferay team,

The new ASK forum has a lot of bugs.

Recently I have wrote a question for a problem with an WSDL client in Java 11.

My problem is now resolved but when I look the answers, I can see them when I am connected but I see nothing when I am a guest.

How can new people can see the answers ?

Is it normal ? (If I use the old forum I see the answers)

Second bug, when I try to create this post with my smartphone, it was difficult to click on the blue arow icon to create a new post.

An other problem is the order of the answers, it is not very simple to understand the history of the answers and who answer... the author is not where I expect... I am not sure it is upside ou downside... may be a delimiter will be nice.

In my opinion, the old forum was better, ask is a good initiative but needs to be improved.

There was a problem with the server setup after a migration to new infrastructure. Anonymous access has been fixed now.

On the other problems: The team is aware of this - With the new infrastructure this site is on, there's a good chance for a quick fix.

Thanks Olaf for answering. We are currently improving the forums based on the community feedback so any other suggestions are more than welcomed.

I've created this 2 issues to track the 2 bugs you mentioned: https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-135875 & https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-135876

Regarding the view, we moved to a last message-last view in the code but we have not updated the site yet, so the order will be clearer.
