How to apply patch for Liferay CE 6.2, 7.0 and 7.1 ?

Hi, I have tried to apply patch using two different way.

I have check below link and it says that need to convert liferay bundle in binary, but I could find nothing for it.

I have also checked patch tool but it only available for DXP version.

Is there any way to apply patch for Liferay community edition?
