Hello, where I should copy Google Tag Manager code?
From the documentation of GTM I should copy one script into head tag and another one at the start of body tag.

Yes, that's exactly what you should do. Create your own theme and add the tag manager code to it. Maybe make the ID configurable using a theme setting.

Configuration > Settings > Advanced: here I have analytics tab.
I add my GA ID and below I have :
Google Analytics Create Method Only Custom Configuration.
