Different Time zones in drop down

I have the time offered that user should choose from the drop-down list, how can I provide the option that the user can choose thier timezone? Or is there something that could automatically do that?

Typically a user's time zone is configured in the User Account.

(fyi: Your posts would be easier to read if you didn't format them as a single line of code, but keep the default format)

Yeah didn't notice format of text, sorry.

To be more clear I don't want to user configure tme zones in the User Account, I want it to be as simple as possible, to be able to do that on the page where they fill out a form.

It would be bad for the user experence to have to configure the time zone in the User account settings first.
