I am looking over a simple integration between Liferay and an external message queue and I hardly found something out of the box.

I could also start writing some service component from scratch, but in the same time I am wondering if Liferay does not already offer this.

Also, is LSB (Liferay Service Bus) dedicated only for internal messaging or does it also intend to be exposed externally ?
