I'm trying to move Liferay 6.2 GA 6 to another server but I get this error when I do a wget:

SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [Friendly URL Servlet - Public] in context with path [] threw exception [Filter execution threw an exception] with root cause
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.liferay.util.Normalize
Any idea why?
