Liferay Upgrade Planner window doesn't show 'Code Location'

Hello,I am doing upgrade from LIferay 7.1 to 7.2 and I am following liferay's documentation for upgrade planner. - https://help.liferay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029316391-Introduction-to-Upgrading-Code-to-Liferay-DXP-7-2

However when I try to create new LIferay Upgrade Plan, It doesn't ask for 'Code Location'. 'Code Location' field is not there in New LIferay Upgrade Planner window. Please see attached image.

As per liferay's documentation it should have 'Code Location' - https://help.liferay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032984711-Liferay-Upgrade-Planner
I am using eclipse Photon Release (4.8.0) and I have installed Liferay IDE 3.8.1.202004240132-ga2 on eclipse.

Please suggest me fix or suggest me Liferay IDE link which have working Liferay Upgrade Planner. I would really appreciate prompt response from Liferay Community.
I don't want to upgrade code manually, I want to follow best practice suggested by Liferay.

Hi Bhavin Panchani,
Do you mean to import your 71 workspace project?

If so, you can create an Upgrade Plan first and then import 71 workspace in the following steps of the Upgrade Plan:
Upgrade Your Development Environment> Set Up Liferay Workspace> Import Existing Liferay Workspace
