I am working on a portlet application using liferay 7.2 version.
Developed a simple test portlet and it deployed well and able to see the result portlet.
All of sudden, I got:
"You do not have the roles required to access this portlet. "
It shows in a window without any tools on the upper right corner. No sign in link.
Please do needful. Unable to proceed further.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Does it still happen if you undeploy your portlet?
Can you still login by accessing /c/portal/login? If so, can you check the permission on these portlets? What does you portlet do? Does it do something with permissions?
Maybe some modules got stopped? You could check this maybe in the logfiles ore by enabling gogo shell and connecting to it with telnet. Then check with lb, if any modules are stopped.

Firstly Thank you so much Christoph Rabel. I am able to login with c/portal/login. After logged in there is no such error .After refreshing i can see the Home and Sign in links now.
And i am not really sure about the reason for the error., as i am unable to check logs as i could not able to reproduce the error now. There is nothing added from my end in the portlet i have created. Just created new liferay module project and deployed. For the first time i did not see any error, it happened after a while , but no code added to the module. its completely new.
And the liferay workspace, server, module all for the first time.
