There's no support for upgrading only one site. As a workaround, you can try:
  1. Clone your 6.2 environment
  2. Delete everything except the site you want to upgrade
  3. Upgrade the cloned environment as per the documentation.

Thank you Samuel Kong,
By doing Your approach I hope we can get that individual site to be migrated.

But I want to run this migrated site with the current running Liferay-7 environment.

Example:
A,B,C sites are running in Liferay-6.2 Environment.
X,Y,Z sites are running in Liferay-7 Environment.

Now as per your suggestion we can migrate A site(Organization,Users,Document media,Web contents.....etc) from LR-6.2 to LR-7 . But how could I emerge this A site into current running Liferay-7 Environment.

Thanks & Regards,P.V.B.Raju

Users are kept in the portal, not per site (memberships are). If you don't have those user accounts on the other systems yet, you'll have more work to do. An option would be to connect both machines to LDAP and keep the user accounts there.
Once you did the update that Sam proposed, you can export the content from your newly updated system and import it to the existing system.
Note that export/import requires exactly the same version on both systems. And also note that you should update at least to the latest available 7.0 GA, if not to the latest available release, to benefit of updates, including security-relevant ones.
