Why are IDE's small bugs not fixed?

I'm using Liferay IDE 3.6.1, but it has warned "Unknown tag".  Please tell me why it's not fixed, and how to fix it now. Thank you!

For bugs to be fixed, or to be talked about, it always helps to have steps to reproduce. My IDE doesn't show "Unknown Tag". Probably I need to follow some steps first before it does?
What also helps is to point out an issue that's already  filed - your subject line assumes that there's already such a ticket.

Thanks for your reply! Liferay good supports the community version or just supports the Liferay Digital Experience Platform?

I'd have hoped that you explained the issue further - only when it can be reproduced with detailed information it's possible to fix an issue or describe how else to solve the problem.
There's a lot of input from the community, that's commonly called "support". However, in the context of "DXP", support is typically used for anything with an agreed "service level" - and the service level is DXP only. That doesn't mean that CE requests aren't heard - it's just a different kind of support. However, we'll need details, and you might want to provide the details that I've mentioned in my last answer if you'd like to see your issue to be fixed.

Liferay absolutely supports the community version of the IDE.

That said, if no one reports an issue, no one opens a ticket on issues.liferay.com, the IDE team is not going to be aware that an issue exists.

They can't fix something that they aren't aware is broken.

Dear friends, I'm trying to follow the sample application "guestbook-web" to learn how to use the 7.2 version.
I'm still getting the validation errors in the IDE already described in many other posts.
Beside the "/init.jsp" issue that you have to change in "init.jsp", there are many "The TagExtraInfo class for "portlet:renderURL" (com.liferay.taglib.portlet.RenderURLTei) could not be instantiated" and similar errors.
Of course the above issues cause the subseguent "addEntryURL cannot be resolved to a variable" and "viewURL cannot be resolved" issues.
I'm sure that all Liferay's developers are aware about the above issues.
Since I have the mission to migrate a large application from 6.25 with many JSPs, those errors give us the risk to lost real errors.
Please, there are some progress in this IDE's issue ?
Thank you to all for any help.
Ivano C.
