Hebrew Translations doesn't change Menu Portlet items and Logo overlapping

Hi All,
While am enabling locale id in portal-ext.properties file for hebrew language transaltions , I am able to see hebrew language transaltions under available language in portal display settings. And I am facing some issues related to this particular translation
1. When am changing from English or some other language to Hebrew language we need to do save twice to get the changes
2. Even If I updating properties file for hebrew I could not able to see the menu items changing into Hebrew and RTL also not performing
3. In English Translations admin and liferay settings are in top right while we changing into Hebrew it should be in left top right ? due to this logo was overalpping in top right with search and admin settings but which the logo was perfectly fixed in top left for all other LTR lanugages
Can anyone help me to figure it out
Thanks,
Sathyaraj.K

Hi Olaf ,
As per your suggestion I had installed "Liferay CE Right to Left Language Support.lpkg" application but it could not reflect what we expected in UI as logo overalpping from left to right side and portlets also in English even we changed into hebrew language.
And we need to save twice to translate from English to any other available language.
Note : RTL.PNG shows there is no configurable plugins after installing .
Thanks,

Liferay Legend Posts: 6396 Join Date: 9/23/08 Recent PostsSathya RajAs I don't speak any RTL language, I don't know exactly what's expected and how to judge if it's correct or not. I'd suggest you post a screenshot of the result you get and mark what you expect.

With regards to saving twice: I'm not aware of it - you might want to update to the latest available 6.2 GA and try again. Note that there's no more development happening on 6.2.
And yes, Hebrew is a beta language that must be activated explicitly because it might not be fully translated - thus you may see english content where no translation is available. For future versions you can help closing the gap by participating on https://translate.liferay.com/
You might even be lucky that the latest GA has more current translations already (no guarantee though)
And yes, as far as I know there are no configurable parts in the RTL plugin. Last time I've demoed it with people who did know RTL languages (I believe that it was Arabic at the time, but memory fades) everything worked well, once the plugin was installed.

Hi Olaf ,
Kindly find the screen shots for both English translation view in UI and Hebrew language translation.
Figure : English LT.png shows logo at left corner in English language translation
Figure : Hebrew LT.pnj shows the same logo overalpping at right side with the admin settings in Hebrew language translation
And menu headers (Dashboard, Adminstrations, System) are not translated into respected language which we choosed from available language like French and German.
Thanks,
Sathyaraj.K
