Unable to scan file for viruses

Hi,

Unable to scan file for viruses .message getting while uploading file in DL

I had added in my portal-ext.properties this following properties.

dl.store.antivirus.enabled=true

dl.store.antivirus.impl=com.liferay.portlet.documentlibrary.antivirus.ClamAntivirusScannerImpl

But I'm getting this following error.

Unable to scan file for viruses

I'm using Liferay 6.2 EE version ,I had also installed clamAV.
