I don't have any details yet, but if it is like the UnConference for DevCon, it will likely be one of the best parts of LSNA and, more importantly, seating will be limited.
I hear it'll be awesome and even follow the same principles as the Devcon Unconference. ;)
And yes - Unconference is typically the first one to sell out.
