[DXP] IE 9 css issues

Hi,
On IE9 browser we have the DXP liferay with css issues, the aui.css is not loaded, maybe due to the selector limitation like it's written on this bug.
(Removing the aui.css on FF browser lead to the same behavior)
What is the solution in this case ?
Could you help us on this point ?
Thanks a lot for your help.
Best regards,
David.

That issue looks like it's fixed in FP28 or 30, as you mention DXP. Either upgrade or open a ticket to ask for a hotfix

Hi Olaf,
We encountered the issue even with the fix pack 32 of DXP.
Do i have to create a ticket on support ?
Best regards,
David.

Just a related note for any readers, there is a workaround for the issue of blank page on IE9: it consists in setting javascript.single.page.application.enabled=false into portal-ext.properties.
SPA may also be disabled selectively: https://dev.liferay.com/develop/tutorials/-/knowledge_base/7-0/automatic-single-page-applications#disabling-spa

Hi Jan,
Sorry for answering late. As we discussed in another thread, there may be ways, however, to be honest I did not reach yet such level of expertise in Liferay customization. As I could see, there were no documented attempts for this in the past which I could share with you.
The good news are that LPS-84041 is now merged to master, this should bring improvements to SPA + IE11 configurations. Please keep track of the "Labels" being added to that LPS and, once you see the ones for DXP 7.0 / 7.1 fix packs feel free to test it out.

I am taking the opportunity to revamp this old thread just to let you know that LPS-102605 introduces the possibility to disable single page application (SPA) on Internet Explorer browsers and/or Internet Explorer 11 only.
- Control Panel > Configuration > System Settings > Platform > Infrastructure > Frontend SPA Infrastructure
