I have helped many companies and organizations install Liferay (5, 6 and now 7/DXP), but often times they will stop there. I mean, once the app servers are up and serving traffic correctly, aspects like the log file(s) are ignored. Well, at least as long as everything is operating smoothly; when something has gone wrong, the log file(s) is (are) one of the first places...
