Eric D 4 Years Ago Thank you Travis, I will try tomorrow to upgrade my portlet too. Do you see performance changes? Do you try to activate the new liferay loader version 4? No problem with it? We had concluded for our project that using Angular for portlets is too slow. Vue.js seems more suitable, but it would be great if newer Angular versions could improve the performance. When we activate loader version 4 it is 2 times faster... But if we deploy a new portlet for the first it fails... We must turn off loader version 4 option add the portlet and after turn on the option. I hope this bug will be resolved in next fixpack. Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel

Victor Manea 3 Years Ago - Edited Thanks for this article ! Maybe helps other readers - I couldn't make it work with the "core-js": "3.1.4" import and had do downgrade it to 2.5.0 ("core-js": "~2.5.0"). Also, this implied to let he line import 'core-js/es7/reflect'; as it was and not change it. Q: I do not see any polyfills.ts file - I only have an angular-loader.ts file Please sign in to reply.
