Reskinned Image Gallery

I don't know about you, but I was not too fond of the Image Gallery display (sorry Brian). So, I decided to get out of my back-end shell, and try a little Javascript and CSS madness! Now, when viewing a given folder, you are shown a grid of thumbnails instead of a list of images. Here's a couple of snapshots of what I did:

Let me know what you think and any other improvements in that area I can do -- but be forewarned, I am not a front-end developer!

Great work!

I'm developing the same thing on 4.4.2 (into ext environment), but your come is more powerful 8-)

Any plan to backport your code to 4.4.3?
Really Great Work,

the Image Gallery would be much more better, if you also transform the Folder/Subfolder Table in a Tree View
like the Windows Explorer. I have an Idea how it could look like. On the Left you van have an Area were the Folder Tree is shown. and on the Right you have the Images of the current selected Folder.

I created a new Issue in Jira with an Attachment, showing basicaly what i mean.

Hi!

This is really cool!

I like it a lot, but it would be great if there would be a possibility to add comments to the images.

Can you give me a hint how to do this???

So long!
