Ruud Kluivers 8 Years Ago Great calculator, paper forms are a waste of time and money. And it's not just government, I just went thru a very time consuming and frustrating exercise with two different financial institutions. Guess what; they can't handle digitally signed forms. They demand printed and signed (ink on dead trees) forms. So much for digital transformation, there's opportunity. Thanks for sharing Victor! Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel Victor Zorin Ruud Kluivers 8 Years Ago Thanks RuudWe definitely feel the same pain...Now, in regards to handling objections like having no digital signatures. We have had similar situations in the past and there are multiple reasons for requiring wet signatures, where one of them is regulatory environment which no one is going to change for the sake of moving to eForms. However remembering the phrase 'digital transitioning' is going to be helpful here, especially word 'transitioning', i.e. agile / smooth migration of application processes where each paper-specific feature may go away / disappear one by one.So, when there is a MUST HAVE requirement for wet signature, the solution can be simple: let ALL DATA to be submitted ELECTRONICALLY and only a declaration page to printed out, signed and posted. This way all requirements are met and significant savings are achieved (its the data which is expensive to handle). We have a white paper 'Moving away from paper forms' which may explain different cases and how to handle them.
