Could you give us an idea about the benefits of using alfresco instead of uploading those media file in the documentlibrary?

Very nice by the way emoticon
Hi all!

Alfresco is not useful only to "uploading those media file". Using Alfresco you get a complete and real ECM application - for example, you can modify and/or extend the model of your documents or to create brand new type of document. Moreover you can expose your repository using simple-to-use REST interface.

About the great work of Jonas ... I purchased their book, but he tell us that is possible to use Alfresco ECM as source for the Liferay Journal, but he don't tell us HOW to do ...

Please Jonas, could you help us more? Thank you in advance!

Hi All,

It was a pity that I could not put all details of Alfresco integration with Liferay into the book, due to limited pages.

Surely, HOW -TO-DO will come out soon ....

If having emergent request, let me know .... :-)

Thanks

Jonas Yuan
