The categories are not displayed in alphabetical order in the category filter when a secondary language is used.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use a site with English US as default language and Spanish as an available language.

2. Login with an English user

3. Create a vocabulary

4. Create the following categories in english:

   • AA us

   • MM us

   • ZZ us

5. Create transtations for each category:

   • Translate AA us to Spanish as MM es

   • Translate MM us to Spanish as ZZ es

   • Translate ZZ us to Spanish as AA es

6. Go to the home page and add a category filter widget. You will see the following order:

   • AA us

   • MM us

   • ZZ us

7. Change the user’s language to Spanish

Expected behaviour:
The following categories order should be displayed:

• AA es

• MM es

• ZZ es

Actual behaviour:

The following categories order is displayed:

• MM es

• ZZ es

• AA es
