RE: How to import web content structures from Liferay 7.0 to 7.4?
Hi! How to import web content structures from Liferay 7.0 to 7.4? In 7.0 there was an export/import function for structures and templates but this is gone in 7.4
There's always the "Source" View, and a structure is not much more than its source plus a name.
However, at some time (and I don't remember when) source changed from XML to JSON. If 7.0 is still XML, the transformation is in an upgrade path and you should upgrade your 7.0 installation to get the 7.4 compatible result. If that's the case, even the export/import functionality wouldn't have helped.
Hi Gunnar,
I guess you mean this feature here: https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-124974
My use case is to manage all structures and templates for my customer portals in GIT and copy them into Liferay. Up to LR 7.3.x that was easy possible, but at the moment this feature is lost.
I hope Liferay will bring it back soon.
