1) How does liferay supports in terms of License Usage?  What type of licenses are available?

This being a question in the community forums: Liferay CE license for production as well as nonproduction is LGPL. No difference. If you're referring to DXP, the commercial offering, please contact Liferay sales, they'll be able to give you the criteria. And yes, there are different prices for production and nonproduction environments.
