Forms Email Notification Content can be modified?

I have a working "Contact Us" form that saves the responses and I can view the in LifeRay.I also enabled the email notification and am receiving those correctly.However, I want to customize the top of the email notification that I get.  Where would I go to do this?It currently shows the site title at the top, then "Hi Jeff" on the next line.

You have 2 choices, the best or the fastest.

I have try the best but it is not easy.
 Finally the other way is so simple !
