Hi all,
I have some logos uploaded at "documents and media" section at Liferay portal. They are used in several sites. In addition, when a new version of a logo is uploaded, I want that logo is updated in all the web sites they are using it without selecting the image again in all the web sites. However, this does not happen.
It seems when the image is selected, the generated URL contains a specific version of the image, for example: https://www.sample.es/documents/35891/36274/Logo-08.jpg/a509f32c-b22c-d61a-c387-ba781f44cdb0?version=3.0&t=1566891258926&download=true 
Is it possible to use always the latest version of an image when that image is selected to be used in a site? For example: https://www.sample.es/documents/35891/36274/Logo-08.jpg/a509f32c-b22c-d61a-c387-ba781f44cdb0?t=1566891258926&download=true

Hi,You can have the Logo images saved at Global Site and shared by all the sites. So  all the sites will refer logo from Global Site.

Thanks for your answer. That is what I am doing. The thing is that when the image is selected from the "Documents and Media" selector to be used in a site, the URL of the image contains the version, which implies that after uploading a new version of the image, the image is not updated in the site. What I was looking for is a way to use the "latest version URL" when the image is selected from the "Documents and Media" selector.

It seems when the image is selected, the generated URL contains a specific version of the image
When the image is selected... where? In what version of Liferay?

In Liferay 7.2, in a "Banner center" section, click in the pencil to select the background, go to "Documents and Media" and choose one image.
