Enough has been said in the 4 chapter blog series.

Dropzones for portlets are still a regression since 6.1, and the CSS that worked since at least 6.2 still works on 7.2 B2. This is despite the intended grid/DOM change mentioned in LPS-53664 from Feb 2015.
