Searchbar in People -> Memberships -> View Membership Requests
is not perfmorming any search - it always returns full list of entries
in the source code of liferay 7.4.3.120-ga120 (the newest version of
CE i could find) in the ViewMembershipRequestsDisplayContext i did not
found any mention of using keywords in the search of entries - it
seems like portal onyl performs the search on database entries of
membership requests there and does not use elasticsearch with keywords
for text search - if the text search was not supposed to work there at
all the search bar only confuses the user.
