deploy the Commerce Development key in your DXP Development

As per the documentation
ommerce 3.0 is bundled with DXP 7.3 GA1. But I am not able to see
commerce tab besides the control panel. I have also deployed the
license key and its showing passed in Tomcat logs:</p>
