On the bottom of the site it states they use VPortal. And on this link: http://vsi-international.com/web/guest/news?p_p_id=VShowNews&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=normal&p_p_mode=view&p_p_col_id=column-1&p_p_col_pos=2&p_p_col_count=3&_VShowNews_struts_action=%2Fvshownews%2Fview&_VShowNews_articleId=ART64&_VShowNews_categoryId=CAT40 you see they states they developed VPortal (actually no sign of Liferay there.... I guess It should be! as the page source clears it's based on Liferay. anyway it not fair to not mention the original product nor the developers)
