When designing a "Content Page", by default all "Fragment Sets" are available:
"Layout Elements," "Basic Components," "Content Display," "Account," etc.
There are twelve by default, not counting custom Fragment Sets.

We want to restrict access to certain "Fragment Sets" for some users. These users should design "Content Pages" only with specific Fragment Sets.

Would it be possible to associate "Fragment Sets" with roles?

For example, a group of users would have access only to our custom "Fragment Sets."
