    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;Apologies, Andrea—I didn’t receive the reply notification for some reason.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you follow the first two steps I shared earlier, do you see a
  &lt;strong&gt;Reindex&lt;/strong&gt; button next to &lt;em&gt;All Search Indexes&lt;/em&gt;
  under the Global section? If so, could you click it and on the
  resulting prompt, click Execute.?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This should work now. Let me know if it resolves the issue.&lt;/p&gt;

  appears it hasn't saved the screenshot I tried to add. I see the
  Reindex mode dropdown, set to full. And I see a list of actions, with
  a reindex button next to each action. I do not see an &amp;quot;Execute

&lt;p&gt;Thank you for bringing this to our attention—I really appreciate it!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It looks like a reindexing issue. When you have a moment, could you
  try the following?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Log in to your account.&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Go to &lt;strong&gt;Control Panel → Search → Index Actions&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Click &lt;strong&gt;Execute Full Reindex&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once the reindexing is complete, refreshing your Objects page should
  allow you to create a new object or a new object folder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if there’s anything
  else I can do to help—I’d be happy to assist!&lt;/p&gt;

  for the Building Enterprise Websites with Liferay Course. When I got
  to Module 6, section 9 (&amp;quot;Building Clarity's Contact Us
  Form&amp;quot;), I followed the initial direction to log in as the admin
  user and navigate to Control Panel&amp;gt;Objects. On that page, I'm
  unable to create a new object or a new object folder. How do I
  troubleshoot this issue?&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
