This does not have any hardware-specific acceleration. It will run on all platforms.

Alternatively you could build directly for solaris using the instructions from http://www.xuggle.com/xuggler/build. That will give you the native code that you're missing.David H Nebinger2016-05-13T06:00:50ZRE: JVM Crashes with 64 Bit XugglerBiniword Aweke Konjithttps://liferay.dev/en/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=119785333&messageId=741677382016-05-13T05:45:03Z2016-05-13T05:45:03ZI don't have any Idea about noarch. what do you mean by noarch. can you give some idea about that.Biniword Aweke Konjit2016-05-13T05:45:03ZRE: JVM Crashes with 64 Bit XugglerDavid H Nebingerhttps://liferay.dev/en/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=119785333&messageId=741331352016-05-12T13:07:59Z2016-05-12T13:07:59Z
selam Aweke selam:

I used solaries 10 Operating system to upload and use video but Liferay doesn't have an option for solaries to install the xuggler. so how can I use xuggler for solaires any help appriciated

Linux and solaris are not the same thing.

Try using the noarch option of xuggler if there is no native option for your platform.David H Nebinger2016-05-12T13:07:59ZRE: JVM Crashes with 64 Bit XugglerJuan Gonzalezhttps://liferay.dev/en/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=119785333&messageId=741329092016-05-12T12:43:16Z2016-05-12T12:43:16ZCan you paste there the logs showing when installing Liferay and accessing control panel again?

EDIT: removed question about server restart as seems you already did.Juan Gonzalez2016-05-12T12:43:16ZRE: JVM Crashes with 64 Bit XugglerBiniword Aweke Konjithttps://liferay.dev/en/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=119785333&messageId=741337992016-05-12T12:27:41Z2016-05-12T12:27:41Zya I selected and try to install Linux 64 xuggler directly from that . and in portal-ext, I enabled xuggler with the property xuggler.enabled=true.

But After I restart ma PC and and go to Control Panel-> External Services->Xuggler. The problem is you have to build that version yourself.

So you have two options:

Clone Xuggler git repo (https://github.com/artclarke/xuggle-xuggler) and build a binary for your Windows environment.

Use any other OS to use Xuggler

Thanks.Juan Gonzalez2016-04-07T06:57:15ZJVM Crashes with 64 Bit Xuggler
