<ul>
<li>Are you deploying to the server that you mean to deploy to (I've
seen cases of moved directories, where
portal-setup-wizard.properties had an old value for ${liferay.home}
(which is where the /deploy folder is located)</li>
<li>Did the code actually deploy? Upon deployment errors you can end
up with the old module. Check by raising the version in bnd.bnd and
deploy again, then validate that your latest version is deployed</li>
<li>check osgi/modules and detect which version is actually there (or
if there are multiple ones)</li>
