According to the following article, look-and-feel is not available because this should be controlled using fragments or a theme.
https://learn.liferay.com/dxp/7.x/en/site-building/creating-pages/building-and-managing-content-pages/using-widgets-on-a-content-page.html
So, how do I make a widget title display on a Content page? For example, the Message Boards widget has an title and search bar in the portlet-header; how can you configure and display the title inline with the search bar on a Content page? I can stick an additional title fragment above the widget, but it will not give the same integrated effect. Someone at DevCon hinted that using Master Pages in combination with the theme page templates could be a way forward.
We are currently using DXP 7.2 on production, and evaluating the features in 7.3.
Thanks,&l
