<p>Just a suggestion: the User Notifications Configuration screen lets
the user turn on/off notifications, for example, when someone
"Adds a new post in a thread or category you are subscribed
to.". That's fine. But the user may want to unsubscribe some
notifications, instead of disabling the whole class of notifications.</p>
<p>For the forum categories, for example, I'm receiving some
notifications in duplicate. Since I don't remember the subscriptions
I've done, I'll have to navigate through a lot of forum categories to
find the unwanted duplicate subscription. That, or ignore the
