I tried do delete images in blog module as a user who did not create
them in the first place. Not even the user test@liferay.com is able to
delete those images.

In the log I get the following error:

2018-09-17 11:21:28.834 ERROR [http-nio-8080-exec-4][AdvancedPermissionChecker:1444] com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.NoSuchResourceActionException: com.liferay.blogs#UPDATE

at sun.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor121.invoke(Unknown Source)
...

The only way for me was to manually delete the entries in the
database table public.dlfileentry. But I think this is not the
prefered way.

Could you please give me a hint how I must configure an admin user
that he will be able to remove all images from blog portlet,
regardless of who created them?

Best regards
