fairly certain that CKeditor added this feature over 2 years ago. So
let me start by asking - does the Liferay editor usually convert them
and therefore I'm looking at a bug in all our installs? (I don't think
so as the editor I'm typing into right now is using primes instead of
real quotes.)</p>
<p>Or, is it that the Liferay editor doesn't make these conversions? If
that's the case, is there a setting somewhere for it, or a tutorial
for configuring the editor? And, can this feature be added as a
setting some time in the near future? For an WYSIWYG editor that is
primarily utilized for text it is hugely disappointing to see primes
used for apostrophes and "quotations". I'm twitching just
reading these paragraphs. I may have to swear off of ever using contractions...</p>
