understanding LPD-19694 was fixed.</p>
<p>I still get the three feature flag errors I got with 7.4.3.106-ga106.</p>
<p>Steps to reproduce:</p>
<p>Two apps: A dummy Job Scheduler app and a Captcha hook.</p>
<ol>
<li>Start Liferay</li>
<li>Deploy the dummy Job Scheduler app</li>
<li>Go to Liferay's Control Panel -> Job Scheduler, add the dummy
Job Scheduler app and click Run Now</li>
<li>Deploy the Captcha hook</li>
</ol>
<p>-> Three feature flag errors appear to Liferay log.</p>

<p>I get these errors with two test bundles:</p>

<li>A dummy Job Scheduler app that does nothing but writes one log
line "execute jobs" from doExecute()-method</li>
<li>A Captcha hook with Fragment-Host:
com.liferay.captcha.taglib;bundle-version="5.1.4" in bnd.bnd</li>
</ol>
<p>Steps to reproduce:</p>
<ol>
<li>Start Liferay</li>
<li>Deploy the Job Scheduler app</li>
<li>Deploy the Captcha hook</li>
<li>Go to Liferay's Control Panel -> Job Scheduler and add the
dummy Job Scheduler app and click Run Now ("execute jobs"
appears on the log)</li>
<li>Touch the Captcha hook so that it get's a new modified timestamp</li>
<li>Re-deploy the Captcha hook</li>
</ol>
<p>Expected result: The Captcha hook & some dependency bundles were
restarted with no errors</p>
<p>Actual result: The Captcha hook & some dependency bundles were
restarted with three errors</p>
