there is no option behind a release feature flag:</p>

<p>Feature Status: Release (but not found in System and Instance features)</p>
<p>Is it possible to have information on the actual availability of the
Organisation Management Chart?</p>
<p>Does anyone know the feature.flag.COMMERCE-XXXXX or other option to
set to true?</p>
<p>I already tried the below without success:</p>
