A list of acceptable hosting firms would be a nice thing for everyone.

Java is apparently somewhat brittle from what I have read when it comes to decent applications on hosted platforms that do any form of shared access.

The one entity here that states hosting is offered is not even close to matching what mainline service providers offer in space, features and then some.

Which plan you have opted for?..
IS VPS necessary or a dedicated Tomcat will do ?..
whats heap size you suggest for an 100 users at a single time hitting??

I cannot say enough good things about Omegabit. Their service and support are truly outstanding: We were new to Liferay, and had to build/deploy/host for a demanding client in the health care industry. Omegabit got us going quickly and effectively.

When we got into jams of our own making, it was great to be able to pick up the phone or send an email-- and get a response from a US company with real answers. In short, I wouldn't host a Liferay with any other company.
